Hanging with the cool girl

Today during lunch hour, Lauralea and I caught Micah's school band concert.

We entered and quickly she was swarmed by other moms and dads. She was the center of attention, and I quickly realized I was with the cool girl.

Other parents wanted to sit by us and run their comments past Lauralea, ask her opinion on things - it was crazy, and fun.

Usually we go to a place and I'm the guy people connect with, she gets overlooked.

But today I got to be in her world and it was fun.

Lovely to bask in her glow a bit.
