They have glass balconies people can walk on. 103 stories up.

But this was as close as I was willing to get.

    I think I've stood there. Told the woman I was with that I felt the building sway - she thought I was joking until she felt it herself, at which point the high-speed lifts couldn't get her down fast enough.
