North England when the wind and rain was whipping around outside and we were sitting in the front lounge with the heat on, sipping hot tea and visiting.
I don't know if it's so "English", but it seems to me that wallpaper (the patterned or textured kind, at any rate) is not used in North America much any more. We tend to paint our rooms.
There's nothing wrong with wallpaper. I quite like it actually. But from what I can tell it is uncommon here and common there.
The wallpaper suggests to me that this is in England. Looks lovely.
ReplyDeleteYou called it.

And, I recall, waiting for an incredibly slow internet connection...happy times !
ReplyDeletePS What's so English about the wallpaper ?
