Micah brought home a test on the Canadian System of Government which he had taken last week. He received a mark of %80. I was relieved. We worked for hours on that stuff!
He remarked that the two kids who normally get the highest grades in the class had only received around %60.
It seemed important to him to find that out.
if you helped him study, does that mean you actually know it now?
ReplyDeleteI celebrate with you - It is hard work helping kids that don't find school much to their liking cause it is just plain harder work for them than for some others.
ReplyDeleteBut you never know what they might accomplish. I remember still the horrors of grade 4 math; the tears and the hours with little to show for it. And that guy gets his LLB tomorrow.
