  1. Wow!! That is all I can say about that. Its not even half that cold here and I am freezing. How could you live in such a cold cold climate? I don't think I could last a day. My hat is off to all of you.

  2. Not sure what that equals to in Farenheit, but that is cold no matter what!!!

  3. -5'C and the tiniest sprinkling of snow (first settled round here this winter!). Virtually a summer's day by comparison.

  4. I think that both Celsius and Fahrenheit are the same at -40, so that is some idea...

Toni, I think you must have the gift of encouragement !!

  5. And what a refreshing morning it is! As I look out my 7th floor window it's very strange looking as I can only see the lights directly below and no lights of the city beyond - like a power failure! But after you get below -30C, what's another few degrees, I say. We'll await and welcome head-on our -47C tomorrow. I love winter!!!! Cheers, Randall.

Not if you have pretensions of being in the emerging church and read Jordon Copoper's blog, apparently :-(

Obviously tolerance of opinion isn't part of their theology.

It is something that we need to discuss, in contexts where we can safely talk and explore the issues. I'm not sure comments boxes are the best places.

Probably more suited to a place and time where a pint can be purchased.

    Don't loose hope.

You need to go home, light a fire (In the fireplace) drink some wine (or whatever your choice of beverage), and get romantic with your wife.

(I seem to be recomending this to alot of people lately...)

  10. Thanks for the advice Randall. She went to bed over 2 hours ago - we did circuit training tonight, and she was completely pooped.

Plus wine makes here fall asleep :-/

BTW we had REAL snow today. And it's still there, just outside the window. Amazing. A couple of pics on http://tertl.fotoblog.net
