Law and Order's Jerry Orbach, dead at 69

"After a months-long battle with prostate cancer, actor Jerry Orbach has died. Orbach's manager Robert Malcolm confirmed orbach's death. He was 69 and had only recently revealed his battle with cancer.


Orbach died Tuesday night in Manhattan after several weeks of treatment."

    That's sad. I wondered why he wasn't back this season of Law & Order. He was also the voice of Lumiere from Beauty and the Beast, one of my favorite characters, and he sung one of my favorite Disney songs.

    I was sad to hear of this, too. Law and Order is one of my favorites.



    They're running a marathon on one of the cable channels down here, and keep peppering the commericals with memorials.

    I too, am a Law and Order fan. Orbach was actaully supposed to come back next season with the fourth spin-off l&o and they already made 3 episodes with him, I wonder what's going to happen?
