A quiet, quiet day

And I think my soul may be starting to catch up with the rest of me.

We’ve been not “Do-ing” much today, Lauralea went back to bed and slept most of the morning and I had a nap. Feels like the rest is a solid investment right now, and it’s a good way to use the time we have.

This afternoon we set up the record player/stereo and played some of our old old records. There’s absolutely nothing like the staticky click click click as you listen to a recording made by a German choir somewhere in Europe, 40 or 50 years ago.

Just beautiful.

And now we are off to supper at someone's home. It’ll be nice, and we’ll come home and head to bed early I suspect.

I wonder if the country air and slowing down and all just makes your insides slow down a bit. I wouldn’t be surprised.

Now, toshiba or apple…

  1. OR...or or or...

Keep the one you have just a little while longer and think about it some more!

  2. Have fun with whatever you choose. Just make sure you keep on posting!

  3. Apple

    Noo No

    No no Apple

no not that one - try Toshiba

it's up to you to make up you mind as to which one you want, asking the "posters" will only confuse you more.........

have fun with your descision anyways.

  4. Apples and Oranges, or Apricot!

  5. In an as unbiased opinion as I can offer, and due to my extensive use of both Mac and PC in the last few years, I think in this case I would recommend the Toshiba. I've used Vista for over a year now and I have yet to see why it has such a bad wrap, at least in my experience. Surely not everyone has had the same warm fuzzy experiences that I have had with Vista, but I digress. With the large storage space, and twice the memory for a lower price, I wouldn't see why not. Macs too are great I just don't see why everyone wants one (sorry mac user) Just one more opinion to help confuse you some more in your deliberation. Blessings.

I'm moderating all the comments these days.
